"Lately I’ve noticed that my cats are always in my bathroom, so on closer inspection I realized that there is a hole in the wall where the bath pipe is. Not knowing what my cats see or hear but realizing that it could be a potential problem and yes, thinking ahead! Every night when I bath I put one of the cats in the bathroom with me. Last night it was my favorite cats turn, bearing in mind that this cat has never caught anything and has no idea how to use its claws or what’s its for.
Anyway back to what happened. So there I was in the bath, happy as can be, lying down and washing my hair, when I hear a little splash, at that point I look up and eyeing me back is a rat, about 15cm long (tail excluded), there was but a brief, yes a very brief moment of total silence, before all hell broke loose!!! It was a matter of tsunamis and tidal waves in ever direction, a squealing rat trying desperately hard to keep its head above water! Chaos as my cat realized that the typhoon was about to hit him!! Total mayhem, nearly standing on the cat that was now darting in every direction to avoid getting stood on and to desperately stay dry. Slipping and sliding to get to the door and screaming like a madman!! At this point my sons come running down the passage like to water buffalos on a stampede and its more screaming and shouting from all sides now, the cat makes a mad dash for the door and nearly meets his fate as the door gets slammed shut …… I’m fucken naked!! Grab a towel!! Fucken open door again still trying to get away from the rat in the bath!!
Anyway when we all calmed down and all we could hear was the squeaking of the rat. It was decided that my youngest son would rescue the rat and that my eldest son would close the whole and that a search party would be launched to find my cat!!
Hell at the Roberts house hold!!"
