My basic food/menu/diet, that I will attempt to follow over
the next 3 months.
I am not being to hideous when it comes to what I can or can’t
eat. I feel that as long as I eat in moderation
what I think is a healthy combination at various times I should be able to shed
some unwanted weight! I am only going to focus on eating as best as I can from
Monday to Friday.
Because I am on the road on Tuesday and Thursday this is the
only day’s I will eat a full breakfast.
I don’t get time to snack and a proper full breakfast takes
me further in the day.

I always have biltong in my bag so this can provide a snack
when I’m on the road. Now that we
heading into summer there will be allot of weekend braais and salads, so I am
not too concerned about the weekends. As long as I watch how much I eat!!
As far as beverages go I am not a heavy coffee drinker so 1
or 2 cups per day at the most. I should really be drinking green tea, maybe I’ll
give it a try and change.
However it is very important to drink water and this I have
no problem with, I easily drink up to 3L per day!
