Exercise
Right so one cannot expect to just lose weight be eating
less. Yes you will lose some weight but
what you are in actual fact loosing is muscle mass. This is what the body burns
first as fuel. That is why so many of us
who joy-joy diets always tend to pick up the weight and some.
Well in my opinion I will eat as per my “Eat right to lose weight”
article and with that incorporate some exercise.
Ok so what can one do regards exercise that does not require
a gym membership. For starters I started
walking on Tuesday, Thursday and over the weekends I walk on average 2.5 – 3km. I also invested in a not to expensive
mountain bike, which I take out for a ride at least once a week.
I believe that getting active while watching what you eat
will speed up this process called weight lose.
I will keep you all posted on how my attempt goes.
