Now that summer is here, the best way to kick off the season
is with a prawn and lobster braai.
We have a lovely fish monger at the food lovers market in
Hillfox. I bought the lobster tail and
prawns there.
I let the lobster and prawn marinate in crush garlic, olive
oil and fresh lemon juice, for about 1 hour.
I prepared the garden green salad in advance, wrapped the
potation in foil and had everything ready by the time my guests arrived.
After the coals were at the best I put the prawns and
lobster on the fire, I added some fresh salted butter and kept the prawns and
lobster moist with lemon juice!!
